We at the IAUNRC were pleased to welcome faculty, students, and staff back to campus for the 2025 fall semester. Among the intellectual offerings our center regularly facilitates, we offered a lecture series on “Security across Central Eurasia in the 21st Century.” Broadly interpreting the notion of security, the talks in this series covered nations and peoples from the Baltic states to Mongolia.
The IAUNRC’s "Security Across Central Eurasia” lecture series will continue in spring 2026. So please join us for insights into those issues as they relate to Hungary and Central Europe, commerce from Turkey to Central Asia, and cultural survival in Iraq and Iran. We also will be celebrating the arrival of spring with Nowruz across many Central Eurasian societies.
