On February 24, 2014, the Indiana University community celebrated the 96th anniversary of Estonia’s independence. The program featured a speech by Ms. Marju Kõrts, Estonian Embassy in Washington, D.C. (Third Secretary, Economic Affairs) on Estonia in the European Union, poetry recitals by Estonian language students, music by the Indianapolis Estonian-Latvian folk ensemble “Siilikesed” (Hedgehogs) and BaFSA singers.
